Moulded Rubberised Coir

Moulded configurations for upholstery applications i.e. side arms for chairs etc. These are used where consistency is required. Dimensions and stability are assured as the parts are produced on aluminium tooling.

Moulded Rubberised Hair

In conjunction with our partners in Europe, we are considering the possibility of reintroducing a range of moulded parts made from rubberised hair. We feel that there is the potential for high volume, repetitive parts that require the sort of cushioning properties that rubberised hair has traditionally been associated with. We feel that this type of moulded part would, most likely be, intended for use as a Packaging Material for delicate or expensive equipment. We are, however, open to suggestions for alternative applications.

Fabricated Rubberised Hair or Coir

ENKEV are able to produce a range of fabricated parts in either Rubberised Hair or alternatively in Rubberised Coir. We are happy to work with our Customers in developing new items, by offering suggestions on the design the parts, or we can fabricate to existing drawings.

We already produce a range of Fabricated Products. These include :-
a) Constructions made from 64 kg, 98 kg or "Orientated" Rubberised Hair, mainly used as a MoD type Packaging Material.
b) Semi-circular sections for the top of chair arms, seats for dining chairs, backs etc.
c) Car, caravan, boat and bus seating or sound insulation.
d) Corrugated sheets, circular filters, and segments for use in heat extraction wheels or as air Filtration Products
