Booking Procedures
Bookings will be confirmed when we receive your 15% non-returnable deposit.
Payment of the balance must be received 28 days before the start of the holiday.
You will then receive hotel and golf vouchers, with directions and maps.
Other Information
Prices at all our hotels are per person, inclusive of golf, dinner, shared twin bedroom, breakfast and VAT;
except at The Grange Hotel, The Craven Heifer, The Jacobean Lodge, The Wheatlands Lodge, Ramada Jarvis Leeds North, Ascot House, The Beechwood and Holgate Hill Hotel, where an evening meal is
NOT included.
Prices quoted are for suggested packages only. We will be pleased to quote for any combination of golf
courses and hotels on our lists.
It may be necessary to make an extra charge for weekend golf and single bedrooms.
Hotel prices may vary according to time of week or season.
We should also be pleased to arrange golf at other courses in the area, if you have any particular preference.
Holiday Cancellation Insurance can be arranged if required. Please ask for details.
